Projects

Here are some of our notable projects to reflect the diversity of our work.

Brain Injury Data

A seven year longitudinal data of a Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit using Information Theoretic Network to determine the predictive factors related to the length of stay with some very unexpected but clinically relevant results

IVF Data

Data Collected over many years at an IVF Clinic of a major hospital analysed to determine the effectiveness of different modality of treatment. Initial clinical questions lead to some very useful information and understanding of the process

Tobaco Industry Research Project

This was a very complex research support system for a team of researchers  working on tobacco industry documents to set up a knowledge based system for other researchers to easily access the relevant information.

Motor Vehicle Accident Injury Analysis

A meticulously collected data from a morgue of a major hospital with 250 variables when analysed using standard statistical methods did not produce any meaningful results but when we applied data mining techniques and pattern analysis, we produced results with high accuracy, specificity and sensitivity .
